At Tatami Fightwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new Gi or training gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is clean and free of any gym odors or pet hair.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
